At AROMELY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all diffusers and unopened fragrance oils.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all diffusers are drained of oil and fragrance bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
